The English Literature and Culture Journal (JCRELC) follows a transparent and systematic publication process to ensure quality and integrity in academic publishing. Authors can submit their manuscripts through email or the online submission system, and each step is carefully managed by our editorial and reviewer boards.
Step 1: Submission of Manuscript
Authors can submit their manuscripts via email at info@jcrelc.com or info.jcrelc@gmail.com.
Alternatively, articles can be uploaded directly through the online submission link provided on our website.
Step 2: Initial Screening and Plagiarism Check
After submission, our editorial team conducts a preliminary review to:
- Verify originality using plagiarism detection tools.
- Check basic formatting and compliance with journal guidelines.
If the article does not meet the required standards, it will be rejected at this stage. Eligible manuscripts are forwarded to the reviewer board.
Step 3: Peer Review Process
The manuscript is evaluated by relevant Reviewer Board Members.
- If the feedback is positive, an acceptance letter will be issued.
- If the feedback is negative, the author will receive a rejection letter with reasons (where possible).
Step 4: Registration and Copyright Agreement
Authors of accepted papers must:
- Complete the registration process.
- Pay the publication fee.
- Submit a signed copyright form (soft copy).
Step 5: Manuscript Revision and Editing
The reviewer board may suggest improvements or corrections.
- Minor mistakes are removed during this stage.
- Authors may be requested to resubmit a revised version if required.
This ensures that the final version meets high academic standards.
Step 6: Formatting by Editorial Team
Once the manuscript is finalized by the reviewers, our editorial team prepares it in the official JCRELC format for publication.
Step 7: Author Proof and Confirmation
The final draft of the manuscript is shared with the author for review.
- Authors are requested to carefully check the final version.
- Any last corrections or adjustments can be suggested at this stage.
Step 8: Final Approval and Publication
After author confirmation, the manuscript is approved by both the editorial team and reviewer board.
- The article is then published online in the next scheduled issue of JCRELC.
- Published articles are made openly accessible to ensure global visibility and readership.
Step 9: Dissemination of Research
After publication:
- Articles are indexed and archived for long-term accessibility.
- The journal promotes published work to reach a wider academic and cultural audience.
