JCRELC is committed to open access publishing while ensuring that authors' intellectual property rights are protected. This policy outlines the copyright framework for all content published in the journal.

The Journal of Creative Research in English Literature and Culture (JCRELC) follows an open access publishing model that balances the rights of authors with the need for wide dissemination of research. This copyright policy is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with international standards.

Important: Authors retain the right to use their work in any way they wish, provided that proper attribution is given to the original publication in JCRELC.

6. Third-Party Content

Authors must ensure that all third-party content included in their manuscripts is properly cleared for publication. This includes:

All images must be properly licensed or permission obtained

Quotations

All quotations must be properly cited and within fair use limits

Copyrighted Material

Permission evidence must be submitted for all copyrighted material

Author Responsibility: Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party content included in their manuscripts. JCRELC will not be held liable for copyright infringement.

7. Permissions and Requests

As all articles are published under the CC BY license, permissions for reuse are generally not required. However, for specific requests:
