To maintain high publication standards, we provide comprehensive submission guidelines to ensure authors prepare their research in accordance with our journal's policies.

Basic Instructions for Authors:
The research article must be original and contribute to the field of English literature, language, or cultural studies.
It should not have been published previously in any journal, book, or online platform.
Manuscripts should not be under review or submitted to another publication simultaneously.
The article must be free from plagiarism and uphold academic integrity.
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
All submissions should follow ethical publishing practices and the guidelines provided by JCRELC.

Frequency of Publication: Monthly online
1st Issue Published: 30th September 2025
Publication: 1st of every month
Last date for submission: 20th of every month
Acknowledgment of submission: Instantly after submission
Decision on research paper: Within 7 days of acknowledgment
Last date for depositing publication fee: Within 3 working days after acceptance letter
Brief Guidelines for Authors:
Articles must be submitted in Word format.
Font: Times New Roman, size 10 (tables may use 8–10).
Headings should be in bold.
Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
Article length: Up to 3000 words. Extra words may incur additional fees.
Keywords: Up to 10.
Tables: Maximum 5, in portrait mode.
Figures: Maximum 5.
References: Maximum 25, Vancouver style, with URLs where applicable.
JCRELC publishes monthly issues, finalized on the last day of each month.
Articles accepted after the 25th will be considered for the next issue.
The journal started in 2025, with 12 issues per volume each year.
Special issues may be announced by departments for specific topics.
Article Categories:
Original Research: Articles written entirely by the authors with proper citations.
Survey/Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews on specific topics.
Fast Communications: Short, self-contained reports on ongoing research.
Technical Notes: Research-related technical studies, notes, or theories with references.
Submission Guidelines for Authors:
Plagiarism Check:
Work must be original.
Plagiarism < 20% (including references) or < 5% (excluding references).
Check with licensed software (Turnitin/iThenticate).
Quality Check:
Articles must be result-oriented and within scope.
Maximum 2 articles per author per issue. Additional submissions go to the next issue.
Review Process:
JCRELC follows a double-blind peer review. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Articles are reviewed by at least two experts. Decisions are usually made within 5–7 days, but may take longer.
e-Copyright:
Authors must submit electronically signed copyright and registration forms after acceptance.

After publication, the article becomes the property of the journal and publishing house.
Publication Fee:
JCRELC is open access, with article processing charges (APC).
Authors may request free publication through documentation, but final approval lies with the editorial team.

Indexing:
The editorial team works continuously on indexing but provides no guarantees.
Article Writing Guidelines:
Title Page: Title, author details, affiliations, emails, and contact numbers.
Abstract: 150–450 words, italic font, no undefined abbreviations.
The final version is sent to the corresponding author for proofreading before publication.
Authors must return corrections by the deadline. If no response is received,
the article will be published on the last date of the month.
Major revisions are not allowed at this stage without prior approval.
