Board Membership Categories
Editorial Board Member
Editorial Board Members are responsible for overseeing the peer-review process and ensuring the quality of the journal’s published work. They collaborate with authors and reviewers to uphold the highest academic standards.
Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in English Literature, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of research/teaching experience with a strong publication record in reputable journals.
Editorial Experience: Prior editorial/reviewing experience in peer-reviewed journals is preferred.
Role: Oversee submissions, manage peer reviews, make editorial decisions, and contribute to the journal’s strategy.
Review Board Member
Review Board Members provide expert peer reviews of submitted manuscripts. They play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, originality, and academic rigor of the journal’s publications.
Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of academic or research experience with several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Role: Conduct impartial and constructive reviews, provide feedback to authors, and recommend manuscripts for publication.
Advisory Board Member
Advisory Board Members are distinguished professionals who offer strategic direction and help the journal remain aligned with its mission and evolving trends in the humanities.
Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in English Literature, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
Experience: At least 15 years of academic or professional expertise with leadership roles and a significant contribution to scholarship.
Role: Provide guidance on journal policies, identify emerging research areas, and support outreach and development initiatives.
